American has not failed in prompt and excellent service. My day of need started with a text message from Rock Hill Utility stating water had run continuously for past 48hrs... "Leak?" Chad... owner of American... answered my call that a.m.--- I was put on standby for the day for possible service. and it happened early afternoon. Justin, after checking under crawl for leak, his next spot was service meter. Tree roots had caused the Pex to split... Justin was focused and worked hard in the heat to expose both that area and the area entering house... new PEX was installed, tested and cleaned up area... We were back in service... Thankfully Justin was on his way just as the thunderstorm hit. Praises for American Plumbing!

They have come out within hours (often times within an hour) of our reaching out for help. We’ve had them do everything from putting in a new kitchen sink, to helping us with a catastrophe (due to faulty pipes) that resulted in a complete primary bathroom demo/renovation/remodel. Called American Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon needing help with repairing a broken water line underneath the house. Daniel from American plumbing came out to repair my shower we had a leak I texted weds in the Am and got a fast response and Daniel came out at 10am. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and a very nice man. He fixed the problem and anticipated what we needed and bought with him the cartridge for our shower. He explained and showed us the problem. We no longer have a leak from the shower. I will use American Plumbing for our future plumbing issues. Thank you for a great job.
