I was in another state for 3 months when my daughter returned to our house after 5 weeks in Europe. She quickly called to say we had a water leak in the house and yard and it was Friday at 5p. I pulled up ‘emergency plumbing’ on the Internet and found an incredible company that had a fabulous lady that listened to my tale of woe. She took my information and said she would try to get someone to help me. Within 15 minutes, I received a text saying that Chad was on the way to my home . . . and I called my daughter immediately. Chad found the problem and had a solution to the problem by 6p. I was absolutely amazed at the speed in which our problem was resolved. It is no wonder that they have a 5 Star rating! I can’t thank you enough for your caring and providing incredible customer service. I highly recommend American Plumbing Services of the Carolinas. They are awesome.

I had a very bad leak and was in a total panic, I found American Plumbing on line and the reviews were amazing.. so I took the chance, and I can’t think of any better more equipped company that I’ve ever had the pleasure of having to work for me. I appreciated that they did what they said they would do. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was completed. The entire team made sure the job was done right and up to building code. They went out their way to minimize the mess in my home and cleaned up what mess was created. The project was a whole house replumb of defective PEX tubing, so you can imagine all the rooms and fixture that had to be changed out to correct the problem. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

When plaster is poured down your drain on the Friday before Christmas, who do you call? American Plumbing Services! Tiffany, the scheduler, was able to work us into what I'm sure was already a packed schedule. Cassey arrived one hour after my call. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. American has not failed in prompt and excellent service. My day of need started with a text message from Rock Hill Utility stating water had run continuously for past 48hrs... "Leak?" Chad... owner of American... answered my call that a.m.--- I was put on standby for the day for possible service. and it happened early afternoon. Justin, after checking under crawl for leak, his next spot was service meter. Tree roots had caused the Pex to split... Justin was focused and worked hard in the heat to expose both that area and the area entering house... new PEX was installed, tested and cleaned up area... We were back in service... Thankfully Justin was on his way just as the thunderstorm hit. Praises for American Plumbing!

Daniel from American plumbing came out to repair my shower we had a leak I texted weds in the Am and got a fast response and Daniel came out at 10am. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and a very nice man. He fixed the problem and anticipated what we needed and bought with him the cartridge for our shower. He explained and showed us the problem. We no longer have a leak from the shower. I will use American Plumbing for our future plumbing issues. Thank you for a great job.
