I reached out to Chad and explained our remodel project and that I was getting conflicting information about whether or not I needed a permit from the county. To be safe, Chad scheduled time for his team to review the work because we needed to move a drains because we are converting our tub to a walk-in shower. We discussed pricing and Casey and Jack came out on 1/24 to perform the work. We're waiting for the county inspector to approve within the next couple of days.

Chad was personable and listened to my concerns. I felt confident in the process and thankful that I found American Plumbing Services. I will be using them again and look forward to working with them again.

I called American Plumbing at the last minute to determine why the hot water tank was not working. We were not getting any type of water pressure to the house as well. Including installing a new filtration system and fixing our bathroom sinks which they found the drains were not properly done.
